Book your reformer through the app, unlock the studio with your phone, put on your headphones and press play. Each reformer has its own screen with access to thousands of professionally guided workouts, allowing you to choose your level, duration and focus.
No class times, no pressure, just movement that fits around your life.

Absolutely. koko has been designed for everyone, from complete beginners through to experienced Pilates members. Your first visit takes place during staffed hours, where a koko team member will show you around, complete your safety induction and make sure you feel confident using the studio independently.

Your first visit must be booked during staffed hours. Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your session and a koko team member will welcome you, show you around the studio, explain how everything works and guide you through the equipment before you begin.

koko combines the flexibility of extended opening hours with the support of our team. During staffed hours we're here for inductions, questions, member support, matcha and coffee. Outside these hours, members can access the studio independently.

Your phone becomes your key. Once you join, we'll send everything you need to set up access and start your koko experience.

Yes. Our private reformer room can be booked for one-hour sessions and is perfect if you'd prefer a little more privacy, are new to Pilates, building confidence or simply want to enjoy your workout in your own space.

Yes. Your membership includes access to our dedicated strength training area, designed to complement your Pilates practice and support a complete approach to movement. We're also developing guided on-demand strength workouts with a qualified coach, so you can press play and train with confidence.

Our private recovery room includes a sauna and cold plunge experience designed to support rest and recovery. Book a private 30-minute session and enjoy the space at your own pace, creating a ritual that works for you.

Yes. koko includes beautifully designed showers, change facilities and a dedicated vanity space, making it easy to freshen up before work, your next appointment or heading home.

We hope you do. koko has been designed as a place to linger, with quiet spaces inside and outside where you can enjoy a matcha, coffee or something to eat, sit in the sun and take a moment before continuing your day.

A curated collection of food, drinks and everyday pieces we genuinely love. Expect matcha, coffee, onigiri, mochi, handmade ceramics, bento boxes, grip socks and more, with new discoveries added over time.

We'll offer unlimited memberships, flexible memberships, casual visits and visit packs. Membership includes access to reformer Pilates, strength training, member spaces and exclusive benefits. Closer to opening, we'll release our first 100 Memberships at an introductory price, with founding members receiving a special welcome pack, launch event invitations and a few surprises along the way.
